About
Exercise therapy sessions with Ben are offered out of our Stonebridge clinic. Ben has been practising as a highly trained physiotherapist in Australia, with a wealth of knowledge around treating and rehabilitating sports injuries.
We offer remedial massage, strength and conditioning and injury rehab, to help you achieve your goals while on Big White and beyond.
All musculoskeletal injuries and pains can be treated using the extensive amount of tools we have available at the Stonebridge clinic, not limited to; remedial massage equipment, dry needles, tape, therabands and a fully equipped gym.
Timetable:
Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday:
12pm – 5pm
Cost:
$75 for 30 minutes.
Included: Movement assessment, treatment, further education and necessary exercise interventions.
$100 for 1 hour.
Included: As above, with more of a focus on relieving your pain through remedial massage techniques.
